Richard is professional and proactive and both my boys like him very much and have benefited from his two sessions with them. It is early days but I feel confident they are in good hands.

I am very pleased with Richard's tutoring for my son, who just got his GCSE French result yesterday - grade 8. We are so happy, because my son's French was B in Y10. Richard is precise and organised in teaching. He was taking use of past papers to let my son improve on weaknesses. I really appreciated Richard's help. I would love to recommend Richard to others like my son who is struggling with French.

I am very impressed with Richard. He undertook an initial review to determine my daughters weaker points, then laid out a plan to cover the material in the weeks and months ahead. He provides material to work on in advance of the tutorial, which is helpful. We are having face-to-face meet most of the time, which I prefer, and which seem to be rare these days. Altogether, I am very happy with Richard and am sure that my daughter will benefit greatly.

Great communication with myself as the parent when arranging for A level French tuition, and managed to find a time that worked for us all. It is early days but my daughter is very pleased with our choice of tutor, her confidence has increased and she has said Richard will be very helpful. He came with fantastic reviews and has lived up to those.

Richard is a very responsive , reliable and engaging teacher. He stepped in to help my daughter prepare her A level exam. He was very good at explaining and made sure of her understanding before moving on to the next topic. We can highly recommend him.

Richard is a highly conscientious, caring and effective French tutor. He worked with our son, who wasn't keen on French and was bumping along at the lower set. His lessons were always well structured based on a proven methodology. Within 3 months, our son progressed up 2 sets which allowed him to take the exams a year earlier. His confidence grew and he scored a 9 in the CIE IGCSE. We cannot thank Richard enough for his contribution to our son's achievement.

Richard tutored my son for GCSE in French. He was 100% reliable, well-organised and very helpful in identifying weaknesses and giving a strong foundation for my son's school teaching. My son improved radically in both written and spoken French and understanding with Richard's tutoring, and he also enjoyed learning a language for the first time. I whole-heartedly recommend him.

Unfortunately it wasn't possible to begin lessons with Richard as he wasn't able to guarantee consistency and explained that due to the nature of his other work he may have to cancel sessions at very short notice.

Richard has been very helpful giving my son some focused practice for his French speaking and reading GCSE exam. It has given him confidence and will make a big difference in his exams.
