Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm British, but I was born and raised in Berlin. I'm a novelist and screenwriter and write in both languages. I recently completed a Master's degree at the National Film and Television School and just moved to London and I love it so much already!
I'm new to tutoring, but I promise you I know my way around the German language and will happily adapt to whatever you need help with. I have edited and corrected loads of essays and applications in my life and spoken German to many of my non-native speaking friends. I also love kids and enjoy learning together in a fun environment. For instance, I love to make up children's stories and write them down.
I'm pretty flexible and I don't believe in strict regimes, so it might be a little different to most tutors' approaches. We will work with what you bring to the table and make a plan. I think it's good to speak German the majority of the time, but it all depends on what you're comfortable with and what level you are studying for. I'm a widely interested and curious person, so if you want to have a tutoring session at the museum or exploring the city - I'm up for it!
