Chemistry Lessons in Bristol

I am PhD student studying Chemistry at the University of Bristol and I am in my final year. I carried out my undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham where I graduated with a 1st class degree with industrial experience. I am passionate about both research and teaching and would look forward to tutoring you.

Tutoring Experience

I am currently mentoring and tutoring a Master's student within my group, both practically and theoretically. Last year I was a demonstrator for 3rd year laboratories for undergraduate students. I also have prior experience tutoring GCSE students.

Tutoring Approach

I will go through the curriculum with the student and discuss areas and topics that they struggle on. I like to teach by making the area as interesting and easy to grasp as possible. I will give lots of examples and go through practice questions to increase the students confidence in the topic.
