I'm a chemistry teacher of nearly 30 years experience having taught GCSE science under AQA, WJEC and OCR syllabi and A level (Salters', OCR and WJEC) and also the International Baccalaureate.
Not being especially gifted at learning lists of facts myself, I prefer to teach people how to work out the answers, generally by building on what people already know from previous years and showing how it applies in more challenging questions.
