Personal Description:

Tutors aide, KS1 and KS2, special needs, mentor to Univeristy students (international).
Vasr experience tutoring ages 5-18 in English and basic examination requirments.
I am currently completing my third year of a Forensic Psychology Degree at a London University, after of which I will be progressing with a doctoral program in Neuroscience or Clinical Neuropsychology.
I have always remained in some form of education since primary school, be it College, online courses or University, and so feel I am relatively "on the ball" when it comes to educational training and experience.

Tutoring Experience:

Experienced teachers aide KS1 and KS2, also with special needs children and adults.
I have mentored University students (both foreign and domestic) in Forensic Psychology, English, Statistics and Math for five years so far.
Taught three younger siblings to read and write earlier than schooling requirements, one with special needs (Neurofibromatosis Type I).

Tutoring Approach:

There is a big difference between long term and short term memory, and understanding this difference means you are able to differentiate between appropriate learning techniques.
I like to approach my students with an open-mind. If you enjoy music, we incorporate it in to your learning. If you like poetry, singing, flowers, you name it, there is a way to incorporate your hobbies and happiness in to your studies. Learning by association, in my eyes, is the way to passing those exams.
