I'm a very experienced tutor who delivers individually tailored lessons that make maths accessible to students of varying abilities. I bring my enthusiasm and positive approach to build confidence and help students develop a can-do attitude.

Tutoring Experience

I have spent the last 10 years providing one-to-one maths tutoring from ages 9 to 18. I also both teach and provide learning support in a secondary school so I have an in depth understanding of the needs of the maths curriculum. For GCSE I have prepared students for Edexcel, AQA and IGCSE, working with all levels of ability.

Tutoring Approach

Every lesson I teach is targeted to meet the individual students learning goal. Lessons check a students prior knowledge then build up confidence in new topics, always looking for connections that can be made with various areas of maths. I teach with enthusiasm and clarity, aiming to remove any barriers to learning maths that a student may have.
