I am a patient, understanding, reliable social individual who feels it is very important to be able to connect with many different types of people. I enjoy helping people in different types of settings with differing needs, which is reflected by the jobs and courses I have attended. I feel it is important to help people, as we all need help at one time or another. With patience, understanding and respect it is possible to achieve anything you set your heart to.

From my own personal experience I know that everyone learns in different ways and no approach is better than another. Tutoring is about encouraging the tutee to reach their full potential in a way which is comfortable and preferable to them. Therefore each tutoring session would be catered towards the tutee, their level and their required subject, maintaining communication and flexibility at every stage of the tutoring process. The session would usually begin by highlighting the tutees problem areas according to the tutee and as the session progresses I will evaluate areas that require further attention in order to aim towards reaching the highest level. As exams draw closer a lot of attention will be spent developing the tutees examination skills and doing practise papers, allowing them to put their knowledge to practise. Of course if the tutees/parents have any ideas these will be discussed and initially incorporated, extra work can be set if required.
