As an academic person, I am someone who has a real passion for education. At present, I am a fifth year medical student at University College London with a first class honours degree in Neuroscience.
At A-level I attained 3 A*s in biology, chemistry and maths, and at GCSE all of my grades were A*s/As.
My desire to teach has resulted in me doing so in a real variety of contexts throughout my life, all the way from teaching entire karate classes to coaching individual students in academic subjects such as maths GCSE.
In addition to this, a portion of my time over the last few years has also been dedicated to teaching junior medical students human anatomy in the anatomy laboratories at UCL.
I take pride in my work and in the work of students under my wing, and am therefore committed to delivering the highest quality of teaching. In order to achieve this, I tailor my teaching style to each individual as well as fitting the tutoring sessions such that the student gets to cover the material they feel needs the most attention. This focus provides an excellent substrate for academic progression, and is a highly efficient and rewarding approach to learning.
