I am a 27 years old and a British Female from Yemeni Background, as you can see from my CV, I speak 2 languages; Arabic and English. I have achieved numerous qualifications including a Bachelor Degree as well as Masters of Education.

Tutoring Experience

I gained good communication skills with adults and children of different ages and different background also gave me the chance to cater for different abilities and supply them with various learning styles. I am very passionate about teaching; I plan for lessons full of games and fun to suit the group I am teaching. I take into consideration the age and the background of the student to create a material appealing to the individual. Therefore, the students and I enjoy the lesson and this facilitates achieving high marks as in the case of my GCSE and A-level student with A+. This makes me ideally suited for the job I am applying for.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching involves a dedicated set of flashcards to prepare for fact recall, practice essays and mock examinations. I work from the difficulties the student is currently facing with material covered in school, and work to assist and then surpass the school timetable to ensure success in future examinations and school material. I aim to help a student become an independent learner, and regain confidence lost due to struggling in class.
