This is how 2 referees rated Nadia:
I am a medical student currently in my third year at the University of Manchester. I have also graduated with First Class Honours BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Keele University. I am a self-motivated individual who is always willing to help others. I have attended a private high school and so I can help students who are trying to apply to grammar/private institutions as I have experience in sitting and teaching the entrance exams involving verbal and non-verbal reasoning. I excelled in my GCSE's and was commended for having one of the top 5 GCSE results in my school.
I have worked hard to get a place into Medical School and hope to help others achieve their goals whatever they may be.
I have been tutoring students of various ages and backgrounds for the last few years, predominantly in GCSE Mathematics and GCSE Science along with A Levels in Biology and Chemistry. I have accumulated valuable teaching experience and have received great feedback from both the tutees and their parents.
I have done voluntary work with children with disabilities and am able to communicate efficiently. My role as a mentor in sixth form and at university allowed me to guide students in the year below and help them in subject areas which were not their strongest, giving them advice throughout the year on how to tackle coursework, future exams etc.
I hope to create an open learning atmosphere where the tutee is able to freely voice any questions as I believe that it is of utmost importance that the tutee feels comfortable enough to ask questions at any time during the session. I can help with any work set by the school and in areas where improvement is needed, I am able to provide worksheets and learning tasks set by myself. At the end of each session, I aim to set certain learning objectives for the tutee to work on over the week, ready for the next session and I will also have a feedback system where I will report back to the parents the child's progress after every 2weeks.

Nadia explained all parts of the subject I found difficult to understand which made learning these parts easier . Thank you
a huge difference, and has made him more confident in his progress. My son finds her approachable and has really opened up to her. He even looks forward to the sessions!
Nadia comes highly recommended from us.
My girls aged 14 and 10 I tested by saying that I'm going to change Nadia for another tutor and they both said NO mummy!!
The fact is Nadia understands how to work with them and she provides more than one method for problem solving with her analytical mind.
Thank you Nadia, you're here to stay until they climb Keystage 2 through to GCE level… Annette
