Personal Description:

26 year old, recent graduate of Edinburgh Napier University but I have moved back home and live in Ireland. Which is why I can only offer online assistance over Skype and email.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Diploma in Criminology and Forensic Psychology, which basically means I can read minds! (Please excuse the bad psychology humour).

If you study these subjects I can definitely help you with essay writing, becoming more familiar with course content and of course, the dreaded Harvard referencing.

I understand how hard coursework can be and it can be a struggle. I also enlisted the help of a proof-reader in my last year and let me tell you, the relief of knowing someone was there to help took the weight off.

Psychology/Criminology are extremely competitive fields and they can leave you feeling a bit down and out as they are very labour intensive subjects.
Hopefully, I can guide you in the right direction and you'll see your grades rising in no time.

Tutoring Experience:

I have worked in a creche, helped primary school children with their homework and additionally, proof read and edited college students essays for classwork and exams.

I am currently in the middle of earning a TEFL Uk diploma. I have also tutored students who are taking the Pearson's Test of English.

Tutoring Approach:

First and foremost, our initial meeting will involve me taking onboard what you need help with and what areas you don't understand. Then we'll make a plan that suits you. Please do not be afraid to email me with questions, this is what I'm here for. I'll do anything to help. Normally, I would like the work you need help with emailed to me the night before so that I can have a thorough look through it before we begin.

My personal approach is to start from the beginning. This involves understanding the meaning of the question. If you don't fully understand the question, you can't write an A grade essay. I also have handouts that help with this and examples from my own work which I can send you.

Correct referencing will also be taught throughout. I have a few apps that help with this, I'll share the secrets! They made writing my dissertation a breeze (I mean breeze very loosely here, but it helped a lot!)

I received 1st in my class in my Criminology and Forensic Psychology diploma - my grade was 74% which is a Distinction. So these methods will definitely work, however you must be willing to put the effort in as I can only do so much. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you!
