I am a 26-year-old law and LPC graduate, working as a paralegal.
Prior to this, I worked for 6 months as an intervention teacher at a state school in Leamington Spa. Here, I was responsible for the management of a team who worked solely with GCSE students to ensure they reached their target levels in English and Maths. This role involved looking closely at the progress each individual child was making and implementing intervention strategies to ensure that they either attained, or exceeded, their targets.
My knowledge and experience, combined with my love of teaching, allows me to work closely with students in a safe and stimulating environment that guarantees exceptional progress.
I taught for 6 months at a school in Leamington Spa that worked with a range of pupils of varying abilities, including students with EAL or SEN.
In addition to this, I spent 3 months in rural Zambia teaching sexual reproductive health rights in primary schools.
My main goal is to ensure that I build a rapport with each student, adapting my teaching method to suit individual styles and needs.
