I am an English graduate of Trinity College, University of Cambridge (2016). Prior to my studies at Cambridge, I gained a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design with distinction at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London.
I am currently studying professional acting at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, one of the UK's most well-respected conservatoire drama schools. Alumni include Sir Daniel Day-Lewis, Sir Patrick Stewart, Miranda Richardson, Jeremy Irons & Olivia Colman.
My special interests include: Greek Tragedy; Shakespeare; medieval literature; contemporary theatre (performance and theory); visual culture; close reading; portfolio preparation for Art & Design; audition preparation.
Over the past 2 years, I have supervised students from primary level to A Level.
Having studied at the University of Cambridge, I understand the benefits of a one-to-one supervision system. Students can explore their interests in far greater depth, improve their ability to sustain arguments, and build confidence.
I want to encourage students to find what excites them about their chosen subject - to remain free thinking, playful, and inquisitive. This, I believe, is a key to academic success.
With extensive experience of further education at art school, university, and drama school, I can provide mock interviews, auditions, and workshops for prospective candidates.
