• I believe in Inspiring to learn-
My basic approach is always tailored to suit student's learning curve but I believe in innovation. I break up subject into bits and modify plain information into intresting facts and tangible concepts. Linking up concepts with their application giving examples is the key to learn the subject and it develops strong intrests. I have devised my own learning tools and strategies that focus on effective learning while being effortless.
• I am friendly and dynamic but mostly my student's favourite-
I aim to make my pupils brilliant learners and exam takers. I have an uncanny flare for personality development and deep understanding of student psychology; and I utilise that to optimise my students' mindset. I love facing Challenges and believe in being proactive and always raising the bar of my student's performance.
• I believe in innovative, smart and goal-oriented teaching-
It keeps me and my student accountable, and the parents informed. I work with students in a 6-week plan. At the beginning, I evaluate the current status, we set goals and devise a plan of action for 6 weeks. Then I execute the plan and at the end of every 6-weeks, I re-evaluate and give feedback to the student and parents.
• I like to heavily emphasise on Exam techniques-
Success is when preparation meets opportunity; so I believe in practicing exam style questions, in controlled environments. This enables my students to be well-prepared and avoid surprises. I focus on time management, attentive skimming, blurting, I teach K-CAR technique for tough questions. I also have special techniques for high achieving students to avoid losing those 1/2 marks that make/miss a grade boundary.
