As an individual, I am a natural communicator and enjoy interacting with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. I have a joyful and enthusiastic approach to life and am able to inspire others, supporting them in their learning and helping them believe in themselves.

Tutoring Experience

I am a native speaker with over 30 years of tutoring experience! I am bilingual with excellent written and oral communication skills at graduate level in both languages, English and Spanish.I am qualified as a primary and secondary teacher, have a masters degree in Early Years Education and have much experience teaching with adults both languages. Over the years, I have supported the learning for many GCSE and A-level students both, at school and as a tutor.
I have also conducted intervention sessions at a secondary school for GCSE Spanish. Some years ago, I used to lead an adults' group at one of the local Colleagues, but recently, I have been more involved in teaching adults who are either interested in the Spanish/Latin Culture or want to learn the language to communicate when on holiday or whilst preparing for retirement abroad. I have also worked with professionals who have needed to demonstrate their command of the English language as a condition of employment.

Tutoring Approach

I offer dynamic and flexible tutoring for all ages and abilities. Every session is prepared and adapted to the learner's interests, needs and skills.
