I'm Louie. I recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law with a distinction and graduated with a 1st in History from Cambridge University in 2019. Throughout my school years, the hardest challenge I faced was expressing my ideas in an uncomplicated manner. Throughout the years I have learned to break down complex ideas into simple forms. Through tutoring, I want to help students to find easy ways to access complex material.

Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced tutor, specialising in History, Economics and English at A level (and all subjects at younger ages). I have tutored more than 25 students with consistently very strong feedback.

Tutoring Approach

I adopt an informal teaching style which combines rigour with sparking an interest. My sessions will quickly work out what works for the individual to allow for a streamlined and tailored learning experience.

Most importantly, many students have plenty of academic potential that goes unfulfilled due to a lack of self-confidence. My classes are focussed and engaging but vitally they create a relaxed, informal atmosphere where the pupil is able to develop their ideas with my help.
