Information About Lisa - Lowestoft tutor - (1 review)
This is how 2 referees rated Lisa:
I am involved in Scouting within the Lowestoft area and I'm responsible for the training of adults within Scouting. I also attend camps and weekly Cub nights.
I am passionate about maths, helping others and being able to break down learners barriers to maths.
I have been working for a local College for nearly 4 years. I currently teach Functional Skills maths and GCSE maths to learners aged 16 - adult. I have also tutored year 11 learners and adults on a 1-1 basis.
Previous to working in a College I worked for a Nationwide apprenticeship company where I was responsible for delivering maths, English and ICT Functional Skills on a 1-1 basis to learners in their workplace. I worked with many local companies in the area ensuring their staff received effective knowledge and skills to pass their exams.
My approach to tutoring differs depending on the learner. This is something that I work with each learner to agree an approach that is right for them.
