Information About Kim - Fulham tutor

Personal Description:

Currently, I am studying towards a Bachelors degree in Mathematics at King's College London. At A-Level, I received an A* in Mathematics, A in Biology, and B's in both Further Maths and General Studies. I enjoy learning and am always eager to take on a new challenge. I would describe myself as outgoing, organised and creative. I love meeting new people and am extremely approachable easy to talk to.

Tutoring Experience:

Throughout high school, I tutored GCSE students in Maths, English and Sciences. I also would go down to the local primary school and help children with their numeracy and literacy skills. I also was a peer mentor, not only helping others academically but also creating an emotional bond and encouraging them to be the best they can be. I believe these experiences have made me a well rounded individual, easily approached and fantastic communicator.

Tutoring Approach:

As your tutor, I will start by asking you what you want specifically. If it's say, preparation for an exam, I will go over the information from your course learnt in lessons, and then provide extra exercise sheets for you to practice, all leading up to your exam where we will practice exam technique by using past papers. I would like to tailor to my tutees needs and work around what suits them best, so we can maximize improvement and gain the most knowledge possible.
