Tutoring Experience:

I participated in a one-to-one tutoring program aged 15 (2010-2011) at my local school helping younger students with their homework. I really enjoyed explaining subjects I found interesting. I found having to teach forced me to evaluate problems in new ways and to understand topics from multiple angles. I also found seeing my students progress rewarding.

Tutoring Approach:

I'm happy to provide material for general development in a given subject. I am also more than happy to go over the school's syllabus and revise notions that were misunderstood. I find exercises and repetition are the best ways to learn so I would try and make my student as involved as possible during the tutoring sessions.
