I am an experienced Science teacher who has been teaching for 17 years. I also have worked as a Head of Year and Head of House and as such I pride myself on building a very good rapport with my students. I have worked across 3 schools in my teaching career, one in Sussex, one in outer London and one in Hong Kong both in the private and state sector. All three schools I have worked at have been rated as outstanding.

I pride myself on making my lessons engaging and relevant to the students lives. My students say they enjoy my lessons and have confidence in my teaching.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching all three Sciences at GCSE for 17 years. I specialise in Biology and also teach this at A level.
I have been rated consistently as an outstanding teacher and obtain excellent exam results with my classes.

Tutoring Approach

I have been tutoring since I was a newly qualified teacher, starting with my two much younger brothers and this then grew as many of their friends parents approached me and asked me to tutor their children. I have a lot of experience of teaching one to one and excellent knowledge of a range of exam syllabuses. I plan a range of activities to ensure all students achieve their very best.
