Northolt Tutor

I am very friendly, patient and easy to get along with
I am also emphatic and adapt to the pace of a student
My only problem is that I always make sure my student understand very well a lesson before moving to the next.

Tutoring Experience

I have been holding maths tuition privately – teaching children from various backgrounds for more than 7 years, I have enjoyed seeing the transformation of my students, I have seen children making big improvement in maths, building their confidence, their concentration skills, their ability to think and analyse, above all I felt happier to see those children and their parents showing to me their gratitude.

Tutoring Approach

Having tutored for more than five years, I have learnt to seeing problem from student’s perspective and thus adopted an active method of teaching, for instance when solving an equation, I like getting my student participates in the discovery process to a solution – by breaking down the problem; guiding them with questions, step by step until we find the answer to the question; my approach is to help a student jogs his/her thinking and analyse things in order to help him develops his/her understanding, become confident and motivated.
