Johannes proved to be an excellent German tutor for my son for his A level German (Cambridge pre-u course). Johannes quickly assessed where any weaknesses were and really helped my son to challenge and stretch himself to improve his grammar accuracy and more advanced vocabulary. Having the video sessions with Johannes all in German helped with every aspect of the A level German. My son found Johannes to be very helpful and a lovely person to work with. He received an A grade in his A level German which enabled him to head off to his first choice university. Thank you Johannes for all your hard work and valuable help.

I have contacted you on two occasions by email specifically to raise the following issue and you (Anita at Customer Service)have asked me that you first want me to leave feedback which I now do and which repeats what was stated in my emails. After selecting Johannes as a German language tutor I sent him two messages (one on website) and one to his private email address which confirmed the venue, date and time of first meeting. The Blue Bar, Royal Festival Hall 10am Thursday 9th April… I was on time and waited for 45 mins but he didn't show up. No message from to explain the no show. Later that day I texted him and he stated it was a misunderstanding. This is entirely unacceptable. I don't know how he could have misunderstood given the arrangement could not have been set out more clearly. I seek a refund of the booking fee.
One other tutor approached can only do weekends and evenings which is not what I want. A third tutor has not responded. Other tutors don't possess the teaching qualifications and experience that I require. Sarah Jhirad

I have apologized to Sarah. I was my fault and misunderstanding and I take the full responsibility. I had offered Sarah in one of our first communications to meet next week on Thursday, as I had no time this week due to an intensive training. Probably due to a very intensive week I had overlooked that she wanted to meet this week and in fact she had put the date of this week, which I oversaw. Here is definitely my fault. I apologize for that again. This has not happened to me before nor it will happen again.
I still hope that she will change her mind and I am ready to make up with it … if she chooses to have lessons with me.

Johannes is an excellent tutor. I required a tutor in German language at an advanced level and he certainly came through. Johannes provided me with all the useful essentials including books, magazines, online exercises, vocabulary and grammar, and taught to an exceptional standard as well as within the required time frame. I most definitely learned far more than I already knew and would highly recommend Johannes to anyone who may be looking for a language tutor.
