I have a wide variety of teaching experience. I have worked with challenging disengaged youth and many adult learners . I have taught in schools, colleges and summer programmes. I use a variety of teacher / learner strategies and really get the students engaged in the learning process and activities.
My teacher approach is tailored to my students and their individuality as a learner. Some students will benefit from a learner led kinaesthetic teaching approach while others need a more didactic approach and teacher led strategy. I would meet with the student, assess need and then plan my lesson according to what I feel will bring out the best for the learners potential and give the best learning outcome according to the aims and objectives.
