I am a 4th year medical student at King's College London. I have always enjoyed teaching and helping other people to improve their abilities and reach their potential. In my spare time I am a keen competitive debater and have won several national competitions .
I have three years experience coaching debating at my university, and have seen my students progress from complete novice status to being significant competitors.
I have lots of informal experience assisting friends with exams, who have given me good feedback in terms of my ability to communicate ideas clearly.
I prefer a dialectic approach, in which students can ask lots of questions, so I can identify areas of weakness to focus on. I like to make sure students have a proper grasp of the core theoretical concepts so that they really understand the subject, coupled with lots of practical problems to entrench skills and let them succeed in exams.
