I am a Polish native speaker who did a degree in Spanish at the University of Sheffield. I am passionate about foreign languages and I have some experience in teaching/ tutoring.
I work in the MFL department in a secondary school in Leeds.
Tutoring Experience
I ran " Learn to speak Polish" in the Hayfield School FE Centre in Doncaster, last year I also ran afterschool Spanish revisions with GCSE pupils in the Ridgewood School in Doncatser and delivered private Spanish and English tuition.
Tutoring Approach
I try to tailor my lessons to learners' individual needs nad make it fun as it helps memorising new vocabulary. In my opinion learners should be immersed in new language/ culture as much as possible, therefore I always use videos, podcasts, DVDs and try to get my students to speak.
