I have worked as a physicist, in both the UK and US, for over 10 years now. I have a first class masters degree and a PhD, both in physics, as well as experience in tutoring physics and maths at various levels.I am confident in tutoring physics at any level and maths at GCSE and A-level.
Previously supervised undergrad physics projects at several universities and tutored at GCSE and A level on a casual basis.
My aim is to give the student not just the ability to pass exams, but a greater understanding (and hopefully enjoyment) of the subject. I have all sorts of real-world examples from my own personal experiences, which can be used to make the material being studied more relevant to the student. I am looking for 2 - 3 local students to work with this year (2018/19).
