Done a 4 year geography and geology degree at the university of Plymouth where I graduated in 2014 which was then followed up by teaching outdoor activities and field studies in at centres in Scotland and Dubai. In 2019, I undertook my teaching PGCE at the university of Bristol which has led me to become the A Level Geography and geology subject leader at Havering Sixth Form college. I am a large advocate for all things outdoors and travel. I enjoy any outdoor activity and try to get away camping and hiking as much as possible. I like experiencing new cultures and meeting different people from all walks of life.
Taught geography and geology field studies courses at the Lochranza Field Study Centre from 2015 to 2018. I am now an A Level geography/geology teacher and subject leader at Havering Sixth Form college.
I am very passionate about teaching and ensuring students take a real interest in my courses. Creating a good rapport with students is a must and is a skill I have developed to the highest of standards. I'm always relating geology and geographic concepts to real world employment and job opportunities. I have access to endless amounts of past papers which I will print and make the focus of any tutoring. Not one for constantly lecturing, learning by doing is my approach.
