Jacqueline

After our first contact we did receive reply's to our general enquiry's. Then once we agreed and details were released we made contact via email giving all our contact details. Was advised that we would be contacted at a set time and date. We did not receive any communication and again sent a further Email and finally a voice message and text. We did eventually receive a email advising that she had been poorly and again would make contact. To date we have not heard nothing more and have now made alternative arrangements.

Disappointed

Jacqui has worked with sensitivity and determination to improve my daughter's GCSE English skills. She has liaised with ny daughter's teacher to ensure she is working as effectively as possible. I find her to be very approachable, positive and helpful, with high expectations . My daughter likes her very much and says she is finding her tutoring very worthwhile. I'd recommend Jacqui highly.

Fantastic tutor, daughter has come on so much in such a short time, Jacqueline really takes time to get to know your child's unique learning patterns and adapts accordingly. My daughter was deemed as having learning issues, 2 tutor seasons and she's in the top stream, so glad we chose Jacqueline, our daughter loves seeing her and loves school now.
