Information About Hannah - Falmouth tutor - (5 reviews)
This is how 2 referees rated Hannah:
I am an experienced primary school teacher and currently an assistant head at a local school where I also teach Year 6. I am on maternity leave at the moment and so have time to do a bit of tutoring to 'keep my hand in' and to keep me sane! I have taught across KS2 and delivered training and support to teachers, TAs and parents both within my school and in others.
I am a lively and dynamic person who finds teaching rewarding and fulfilling. I have a good sense of humour and am motivated by ensuring that learning is accessible to all.
I have Qualified Teacher Status and have been teaching for over 10 years. I have taught all ages in Key Stage Two but have spent the majority of this time teaching Year 6 and helping to prepare children for SATs and secondary school.
I believe that learning should be tailored to meet the specific needs of every child. Children need to be engaged as active learners and kept informed of the next steps in their learning to aid progress. I strive to give confidence and self-belief to those who I teach as I believe that people learn best when they feel happy and secure.
