I am the Medical Education Pharmacist at the University Hospital of South Manchester where I am teaching medical students in years 3 to 5 and also pharmacy students.
Previously I was the pharmacist for training at the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. I taught all healthcare professionals, from doctors to nursing staff and pharmacists on a number of topics.
At University I received the Vice Chancellor Award Scholarship for outstanding A-level results.
At University I was an Aim Higher Associate and also a private tutor. I have previously tutored pupils from year 7 to GCSE level in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths and I believe that with my experience in Pharmacy and training I can undertake Pharmacy tuition for pharmacy students based both in Liverpool and Manchester.
As the Medical Education Pharmacist I will be teaching medical students to prepare them for the Prescribing Safety Assessment and can therefore provide teaching to medical students on this topic.
I have long and extensive experience in teaching and training which has equipped me with a wide variety of teaching styles and approaches. I believe I can find the approach for any learning needs.
