I am a Masters graduate from the University of Liverpool in Aerospace Engineering. My passions are aeroplanes, racing cars and space rockets. In general, I to love to know how things work and pass on my knowledge to others. My hobbies are adventurous sports such as rock climbing, skiing and mountain biking.
My professional experience is 3 years teaching students at GCSE level including a year teaching GCSE maths at a local school in Liverpool to students individually and in groups. I also have taught students in my spare time up to University level.
Being young myself I think is beneficial for tutoring students. My students I teach build up confidence in their subjects, but I also make sure I find the most effective techniques to use for studying. I am a patient, reliable and a friendly individual that gives an enthusiastic approach to each lesson. Identifying students’ weaknesses is something that I aim to show significant improvement on and help them achieve the results they need but also knowing exactly what exam boards are looking for. I prefer making lessons as fun and interactive as possible and to make sure each student gets the best out of each lesson.
