I am currently a PhD student with a focus on cognitive neuroscience. Before this, I did an undergraduate in psychology followed by a masters (MSc) in psychology at the University of Birmingham.
In between graduating with my MSc (at Distinction grade) and starting a PhD, I worked as a Research Assistant in the School of Public Health & Epidemiology at the University of Birmingham.
I have taught large and small groups of students in a variety of settings. My tutoring style is relaxed, flexible and above all, is tailored so that each student gets the most out of each and every session. I am very easy-going and flexible. My approach is friendly and can be adapted for students of all learning styles. I am happy to tutor face-to-face and online.
I also proofread dissertations, assignments, personal statements and scientific papers/reports.
I have tutored in the region of 100+ students (from A-level to PhD) in the following areas, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuroscience, Medicine, Statistics, SPSS, Research Methods, E-Prime, Public Health, Medical Science, Zoology, Microbiology, Business and HR Administration, and more.
I am very easy-going and completely flexible. My approach is friendly/relaxed and can be adapted for students of all learning styles. I am happy to take on last-minute students with tight deadlines.
