I am a Physics Engineering graduate with a master in Materials Science Engineering at Imperial College London. I am now pursuing a DPhil in Materials Science at the University of Oxford. Thanks to my university background I have excellent skills in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Since I am native a Italian speaker I can also offer Italian lessons. I have a C1 level in English and excellent communication skills.
I have a pretty good experience in tutoring. I am a Maths tutor for St Edmund’s Hall, I tutor the class Fourier Series and spatial Differential Equations for undergrads. In London I tutored three students helping them trough their A-Levels and IB exams, I developed a good knowledge of the the examination system which could helpful for future tuition. In the three years of my Bachelor degree I gave private lessons to many students who were struggling with Maths and Physics. They all succeeded in their final exams.
During a lesson I give some space to the theoretical aspects of the subject. I always explain theorems and Physics laws if they are not clear. Then I reserve some time for applications such as problems and exercises.
