I believe all children should find Mathematics interesting, challenging and fun. I work towards pushing young people to reach their full potential and not be content with just passing exams. For example, if a student is hoping to get 'C' at GCSE Maths, I will work with the child to achieve at least a 'B'. Students happy with 'A' would be expected to aim for 'A*'!
I find teaching subjects and relating it to real life through practical examples important to stimulate a child's interest to the subject. I'm a firm believer of home work and expect my students to complete all home work that is set.
