Personal Description:

I am a recent Biomedical Science BSc graduate from Imperial College London. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my studies and believe that the key to excelling in learning comes from having a tutor that has a passion for the material they are teaching.

At 23, I can relate to the challenge that students face and as a high achieving, approachable person, I am well set to help facilitate a student overcome these challenges.

Tutoring Experience:

- Biomedical Science (with Surgery and Anaesthesia) BSc from Imperial College London.
- A*AA in Chemistry, Biology and Maths at A-Level.
-12 A*'s and 2 A's at GCSE.

- Experience with students from ages 11 to university level through voluntary work with scouting.

- Built and ran a 'Science for beginners' curriculum at a 'Camp America' in the summer of 2015.

- In the previous academic year I have tutored 4 GCSE students and 3 A-Level students.

- Spring of 2017, I tutored an A-level student to achieve the 'AAB' he needed to attend University.

- Assisted in running first year degree revision sessions for exams.

Tutoring Approach:

The most important thing is assessing what we'd like to get out of the experience and then setting our goals based on that. These can vary from completing a bit of coursework, all the way to a year long program that will culminate in the achievement of a desired grade.

Once we've established these goals, the next step is to identify our 'strong points' and our 'points to work on', so we can prioritize the most important topics and tasks.
As a young graduate who has been through the system from start to finish, I provide a relatable, qualified and friendly option for students of any age.
