I always aim to tailor my tutorials towards the individual student's needs and abilities. I never dumb down but I do attempt to make the learning process enjoyable as well as informative. I don't believe in simply giving the students 'the answers' but instead I encourage them to develop their own critical faculties. I am encouraging and supportive and take a genuine pleasure in seeing students do well.
