This is how 2 referees rated Daniel:
I am a professional teacher in North West London. I lead the Music department in a successful Brent school. I have been teaching for 7 years now and have been tutoring for 6. I am a passionate musician but also have a love for Mathematics which I love to teach. I really enjoy working with young people and develop positive relations with my students. Within music I offer support for GCSE and A Level music with regard to theory and composition. I can teach Piano, Guitar and Trumpet.
I have 8 years teaching experience, 2 years in a school in Essex as a Music A-Level teacher and KS3 Maths teacher, and 6 years at a Brent High School. I am Head of Music, but still enjoy tutoring maths. I have been tutoring for over 7 years now. I have a PGCE and MTeach, both teaching qualifications. Please see my feedback as I have excellent reviews from the families I have worked with.
I am a calm and relaxed person but I do believe in hard work. I like to develop a friendly but firm relationship with my students. I try to explain things to them in ways they understand and will remember, invariably this requires various different approaches and explanations.
As a musician I am creative with my sessions and endeavour to keep my sessions fun so that learning can become a joy.
