I am bilingual French and English. I grew up on a vineyard in the south of France until I moved to the UK to complete my PhD in Neuroscience. My parents were both teachers and they have passed on a passion for education.
I have a PGCE in secondary Science. I have completed some teaching of Science at secondary schools (KS3-4) as well as a term teaching A-level Biology during my teacher training.
During my PhD, I gained some experience as I volunteered to support young long-term patients in hospital with their Science learning.
During my undergraduate degree, I chose a course to teach a weekly Science lesson in my old primary school. I was also a camp counsellor for a French organisation running Science and language camps in the UK.
This is about you getting the most out of your learning experience! I will tailor the tutoring to your needs: exam practice, catching up with homework or developping conversation skills.
