I am enthusiastic and passionate about learning and thrive on bringing an excitement to learning. I have over 8 years of experience working within the educational setting and have the knowledge and drive to support learners at all different levels, enabling them to achieve their potential.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a qualified primary school teacher for 8 years. I have taught in a range of years from Nursery to Year 6, preparing students for National Tests including Year 1 Phonics Screenings and Year 2 and Year 6 SATS. I currently lead the Early Years at the highest performing school in Hackney, also in the top 2% of highest achieving schools in England. I have a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and possess many different techniques of teaching to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

Tutoring Approach

I always adopt an individual approach to tutoring. I do this by understanding the specific needs of each individual student, identifying next steps, then using this to plan lessons and develop their learning further.
