This is how 2 referees rated Christopher:
Computer Studies / I.T.
A 25 computer science graduate working as an IT analyst. Oldest of 5 brothers, living with parents whom are childminders and recently (2014) returned from Camp America working with kids from 8 - 16. I have great exposure to dealing with all ages and abilities from helping pre-teens with their home work to 50 somethings with their email.
Helping Brothers through their GCSE's / Alevels and more recently university studies
Assisting children under parents care with various IT issues
Running IT workshops on security for groups of 25+
Taught kids in individually and in groups how to kayak in America showing an ability to teach children an entirely new skill
To speak with the child &/ individual to find out exactly what areas they are struggling with and why they find them difficult so that I can put a plan/practical (where possible) in place.
I myself am a very visual learner so when teaching children especially new skills in ICT I believe it is important that they see the end result to enforce the steps which have been taken to reach that result.
