I am Dr Christopher Law, a medical doctor and biomedical engineer with a strong background in teaching and mentoring. I co-founded a healthcare technology start-up and have experience working with the NHS, universities, and research groups. I am passionate about science, engineering, and healthcare, and I enjoy helping students unlock their potential by making complex topics engaging and accessible.
I have over 6 years of tutoring and mentoring experience, supporting students in sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Mathematics, and Medicine. I have taught students from GCSE through to university level, including mentoring medical students and biomedical engineering undergraduates. I combine clinical experience with a strong foundation in STEM, enabling me to provide both academic and real-world perspectives.
My approach is personalised and interactive: I start by understanding each student’s goals and learning style, then tailor sessions to build confidence and deepen understanding. I use clear explanations, worked examples, and practical applications to help students grasp complex ideas. I focus not only on exam preparation but also on fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills.
