A very estabilshed and experienced musician, leads a very busy life performing and recording with various different bands and musicians internationally. Works with passion and is always investing in broadening ones opportunites, always learning more and progressing in many fields of work and hobbies.
Leads a balanced life of Swimming, dancing, yoga and socialising to create refrshness and rest to feel good and work well!
Carly has taught for 5 years professionally and 2 years previous to that as a student teacher. After studying carly taught privatly as a student teacher and then progressed onto her first professional teaching job as a peripetetic teacher teaching flute, saxophone and clarinet in primary schools in the southwest. The job involed working with students indiviualy and in groups, organising and conducting bands, entering students for exams, organising and running performances. Arfter two years Carly moved onto teaching as a private tutor, working with adults and children, provideing indivual and **Contact Detail Removed** on saxophone flute and clarinet, organising regular student performances and running a big band, jam sessions, enetring students for exams (classical and jazz) if required. Carly also started working for the Nailsea school of music and now recently is one of the new teachers at the fantastic "Music Makers Academy" in worle weston super mare.
Carly likes to get students comfortable with the feel of the instrument and confident in the first few sessions, to do this students are eased into a few good easy scales and some great tunes that they can enjoy, Every student will get the opportunity to try all different kinds of music to find out what they really like playing. The Tuition is fun and can be always just for fun but also students who want to further themselves into a professioanl musical career or play in a band or take exams will be supported and taught correctly and well and will be given the opportunities that they desire.
Every age from 6 years old to no limit is welcome to learn.
