I have retired from a long and successful career in teaching, but am not yet ready to give up work completely. I have enjoyed the experience and wish to continue at a less intense pace helping students on a one to one basis.

Tutoring Experience

I have 25 years teaching experience in the public and private sectors, teaching students across the ability range. I have been tutoring for 4 years up to and including A level. I also mark GCSE maths papers for both AQA and Edexcel.

Tutoring Approach

Maths has a reputation of being a tough subject but i feel with the right approach, and early intervention to sort out any difficulties, all students , no matter what their ability,can make good progress.
