This is how 2 referees rated Bindu:
I am a qualified English teacher, currently teaching in a high school in London. I have a passion for English and English literature and wish to help all my pupils strive for the best and achieve everything they can. I have a very successful private tuition history with all pupils getting A-B grades.
I have been teaching English for over four years now, with experiences ranging from private tuition, tuition centres to high schools. I qualified as a secondary English teacher in June 2011 and so far am not only loving my job, but have had successful results days with all pupils meeting their target grades and above.
I believe that learning has a lot to do with the teacher; how much time and effort the teacher is willing to put into the pupil and how much support they can give. I understand that there are many different types of learners and that we all learn at different paces with different styles and I strive to take all those aspects into consideration when planning my lessons and tuition sessions. I am free thinking and encourage it in my pupils with a lot of discussion and written based work.

I am sorry that our tutoring experience did not extend beyond that initial evening last November; I am sure had we continued, you would have found the experience fruitful and beneficial for you.
I pride myself on my excellent teaching abilities and personable nature; qualities that have enabled me to be successful in my 6 years of teaching English in schools across London. It is regretful that you were unable to experience those skills. I wish you luck with your future endeavours and hope you did well last year at university.
