Bill's Feedback

Unfortunately I can't comment on Bill's abilities as he was unable to keep the arrangement we had made and put me off till the following week. I needed him to start this week as arranged so am having to look for another tutor. I was a bit annoyed that he only told me on the arranged day that he hadn't checked his diary until then and it turned out that he had a prior commitment.

We have used Bill previously and would not hesitate recommending his services. He is punctual and takes his time explaining each stage.

Bill has a great manner with children ensuring they feel relaxed even if unsure of any question. His explanation of concepts and what is expected of them in exams is explained clearly so they know what their targets are. I am delighted with Bill as a tutor.

I emailed you on your contact email address to confirm start date, time etc. Could you please check that you have received this? It is possible that I emailed an incorrect address.

I have been speaking with Eilidh and we were wondering if it would be possible to do a fortnightly rather than a weekly session ? Could this be a 1.5 hour session i.e 5 - 630 on a Tuesday (fortnightly )commencing 19 September? I am very grateful for your help and advice and look forward to hearing from you.

Was all set for bill tutor, paid fee to first tutor.
Tutor did now show up, had to call twice, did return call, unfortunately he was in hospital, now having to look for another tutor

Bill has helped my daughter with her knowledge and confidence going into her exam.

Bill provided a prompt, polite & courteous tutoring service. He seemed to connect well with his student and this enabled a positive result. He gave my daughter confidence in her abilities and her class marks improved steadily. We would recommend using Bill and we will be utilising him again ourselves for the next year.

Difficult to rate as I am not the Tutee and do not know the subject however I can advise the following. Prompt reply to request and able to accommodate assistance at short notice. Does not "clockwatch" and is obviously very passionate about his subject giving help and tips wherever he can, reliable and works well with Tutee.

Bill's well prepared for sessions and is certainly helping my daughter improve her understanding and gain confidence in preparation for her exams.
