Information About Ben - Lancaster tutor - (1 review)
This is how 3 referees rated Ben:
I am a doctoral candidate with a particular interest in commercial law. I have a 1st class degree in Law from a 'Top 10' UK institution.
I have three years experience as an Associate Lecturer at a Top 10 UK University. I have taught on the vast majority of 'core' modules (required for Qualifying Law Degree status). I will accept tutees in the following areas of law:
Equity & Trusts
Public/Constitutional and Administrative Law
European Union Law
I will also give general advice on examination technique, as well as coursework and dissertation writing.
Whilst face-to-face tutoring is in many cases the best approach, I am also happy to offer a remote service. In my experience, the key to a thorough understanding of many areas of law is a solid understanding of the basic elements, on a conceptual level. I will offer a grassroots approach and instil study techniques that will enable continuing self-development. I am happy to approach matters in the style of a lecture, a high-level two-way discussion (i.e. seminar), or any other variation as the tutee prefers.
