I am a violinist who grew up and was educated in Poland.
I started my violin career in Grazyna Bacewicz Complex of State Music Schools 1st and 2nd degree in Koszalin and completed my undergraduate studies in The Stanislaw Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdansk in 2014, with Academy Rector Scholarship for Best Students.
Sounds complicated, but it was 15 years of my life! Constant playing, practicing, learning...
My experience includes concerts with The Chamber Orchestra " Kamerton" in Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic in the UE project "Socrates Comenius" during my school education
and afterwards solo and chamber music concerts at the Academic Concert Hall in Gdansk.
It was a lot of fun! Working with young people from different countries, performing together and learning about outher cultures...extraordinary.
I am widely experienced as a concertmaster, taking part in many classical and contemporary orchestral projects.
I have got a wide teaching background and knowledge taking part in European Musical Workshops with tutors from all over the world such as : Prof. Magdalena Rezler-Niesiolowska (Freiburg),
Prof. Jan Stanienda (Warsaw), Prof. Maciej Rakowski (London), Prof. William van der Sloot (Calgary),
Prof. Grigorij Zyslin (Wuerzburg).
Every year I used to spend my summer holiday taking part in Musical Workshops. Students from all over the world ( I have to admit, mostly Europe) sharing experiences and knowledge. Practising every hour possible, listening to other musicians during evening concerts and having wonderful lessons with Professors! They all were amazing performers but most of all, they were wonderful people who taught music as if it was my first language. All their patience, inspiration and understanding...these are the valuables that I'd love to share with my students.
I love to perform with different bands types including rock, folk, jazz and pop. My focus is now teaching the next generation of outstanding young musicians and exploring different music genres working as a session violinist.
I have 5 years of experience of teaching children (starting from 6 years old) and young people (15-18 years old). All of them of different levels and ambitions.
I was teaching in primary school in Poland, an assistent during violin workshops and working as a private tutor. Currently I am working in Hampton Music School.
I have experience with the finest violin professors from around the world and that makes me very patient and inspiring teacher of children and adults of all ages.
I believe that music is a beautiful way to develop imagination and express personality.
For me it does not matter if you are preparing for a big competition, or you simply want to play your favourite song. What matters to me are your personal goals, your current level of playing and then planning your journey of becoming a better violinist!
If you need to prepare for iolin exams, ABRSM, master sight reading, learning how to read music...
I am here to help.
I deeply believe that learning an instrument stimulates us to think out of ordinary, boosting creativity and improves memory. Playing an instrument requires dedication and regular practice that improves one's discipline and multitasking skills in all areas of life. As playing helps also build confidence, relieves stress and makes you smarter, do not hesitate, get in touch and book your first lesson now!"
