My name is Anisha and I just completed my master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London. I graduated with the highest possible grade, a 1st class honours. Prior to university I completed my A Levels in which I received an A* Further maths, A* Maths, A* Biology, A* Physics and an A Chemistry. Since then I have been working for the Technology company IBM as a Computer Programmer. However I actively keep up to date with the science world and regularly assist my younger Brother who is currently completing his A levels. I have 4 years tutoring experience under my belt.
1) Spent 2 years tutoring GCSE Maths, GCSE Biology, GCSE Physics and further A level Maths to a 17 year old boy. His mum kept me on as she saw positive improvements in his grades and recommended me to her friends and family. Reference can be provided.
2) Spent 6 months tutoring GCSE Maths and GCSE Science to a 16 year old girl completing her GCSE's. The lessons involved completing past papers as well as well as re-iterating content
3) Tutored 2 more students less regularly over the last 2 years.
I believe in ensuring the student has a solid understanding and foundation in the subject. I make sure we cover content in a student friendly way and often in-cooperate analogies that will help their understanding. I assign and mark homework and help with exam technique.
