Since 2013, I have been proudly serving in a dynamic Huddersfield primary school, where I’ve cultivated a reputation for excellence, adaptability, and dedication to pupil progress.

Since stepping into a class teacher role in 2015, I’ve taught across multiple year groups—including Year 1, Year 3, Year 6, and currently Year 2—gaining a deep and versatile understanding of the primary curriculum. I work hard to create a calm and supportive atmosphere. During my work in school, I have always been able to calm even the noisiest classrooms. I never judge children and provide them with the scaffolding for their own learning and enable them to become their own teacher. I try to inspire my children through different resources and ensuring I plan effectively for children of all abilities and take my time to explain new learning concepts.
