Hi, my name is Alicia and I have always been passionate about learning new languages. I grew up in Tokyo and have lived in the U.K. for 10 years.

After studying French and Spanish at UCL, I am currently doing a masters in Media, Communication and Development at LSE.

I'd love to help you with anything, whether it be just wanting to start learning how to write/speak in Japanese or struggling with accents!

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching Japanese for 5 years. I specialise in one-to-one teaching which allows both parties to communicate fully and take it at a comfortable and appropriate pace for the students.

Tutoring Approach

I have always been told by my students that they never get intimidated or scared of making mistakes when I am tutoring. Mistakes are what make us learn languages so much quicker!
Everyone has their own method when it comes to language learning. I'd be flexible to your needs, focus and what you enjoy!
